Postnatal Depression

Postnatal Depression is a type of depression some women experience after having a baby.

It normal develops in the first four to six weeks after childbirth, in some cases it doesn't develop for several months.

There are many symptoms of PND, for example low moods,feeeling that you can't cope with sleeping but some women aren't aware that they have this condition.
Symptoms of postnatal depression:

tearfulness

panic attacks or feeling your life is trapped

lack of motivation

feeling lonely

feeling guilty or rejected

lack of sleep and feeling tired constanly

lack of appetite
Causes of postnatal depression

worry and anxiety about the repsonsability of having a baby

a difficult delievery
