We interviewed two of the gudience counsellors in our school and we asked them a couple of questions.

 

1- How important is your Mental Health?

Mental health is a foundation for all aspects of a healthy life. 

 

2- Tips to having a good and healthy Mental Health.

-Phyiscal activity plays a huge role in having a good mental health for example it is important to have a balanced amount of phyical excercise in your life, even if its only going for a walk once or twice a week or going to the gym once or twice a week.

 

- Also to have a healthy  mental health it is important to make sure that you get the right amount of sleep that young people are suppose to be getting, as having a bad sleeping pattern can make you very tired and also you will have a lack of energy in your body.

 

-Have reasonable and attainable goals in different aspects of your life.Goals you feel comfortable with and enjoy.
