Depression.
What is depression?
-Depression is a real illness that impacts the brain,Depression is more than feeling down or sad. Its a serious condition and unfortunately the most common.
-Depression is when your at a really low point in your life , you feel sad , anxious, angry ,tired ,bored , low energy ,low self esteem.
what causes depression?
-May happen from a traumatic life event such as bereavement.
-relationship breakdown.
-finacial difficulties or bullying.
-Inherent tendency towards depression.
Symptoms of depression
-Feeeling sad,axious and bored.
-Low energy and fatigued.
-Under sleeping or Over sleeping , walking up frequently during the night.
-Poor concentration.
-Loss of Interest in hobbies.
-Feelings of Guilt.
-Depression has many symptoms.If you expierience 3 or more of these symptoms last for atleast two weeks , please go speak to a gp or a mental health proffesional.
